Many drivers may not realize that when marijuana is legal driving while under the influence remains illegal. Users who believe that marijuana use is undetectable by law enforcement may have testing on their side but not for long as this Chicago Tribune article points out. The percentage of people who have died car crashes who have tested positive for marijuana and opioids is increasing and new roadside tests for impairment show promise. Click here to read more.
