Can Facebook ever be trusted? Apparently Facebook has harvested data from emails of 1.5 million users when the password for the personal email was requested as part of Facebook verification system. Â The protocol runs counter to basic cyber security best practice. Facebook has since stopped the verification, but the question here is why this was even offered in the first place.
